Privacy Notice

Snatch is a curated beauty booking platform connecting clients with hand-picked makeup, hair and spa artists in Bangkok. This notice covers the Snatch app, website and any related services (together, the "Service"), and applies to clients, artists and website visitors.

We collect information you give us directly, and some automatically.

• Account data — name, email, phone number, password, profile photo, and language preference.
• Booking data — service requested, appointment time, service address, special requests, and booking history.
• Payment data — processed by our PCI-compliant payment providers; Snatch stores only the last 4 digits of a card and transaction records, never full card numbers.
• Artist data — for artist applicants: portfolio, certifications, ID verification documents, and bank details for payout.
• Location data — approximate or precise location, with your permission, to match you with nearby artists and estimate travel.
• Device & usage data — IP address, device identifiers, app version, crash logs, and how you interact with the Service.
• Communications — messages sent through in-app chat, support tickets, and reviews you submit.

• Create and manage your account, and match clients with vetted artists.
• Process bookings, payments, payouts, and send confirmations or reminders.
• Verify artist applications and maintain the quality of the roster.
• Provide customer support and respond to enquiries.
• Detect fraud, abuse and violations of our terms.
• Improve the Service through analytics, and — where you've opted in — send marketing communications.
• Comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements.

Depending on your location, we rely on one or more of: performance of a contract (fulfilling a booking), your consent (marketing, precise location), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement), and compliance with legal obligations.

• With artists or clients — the minimum details needed to fulfil a booking (name, contact, service address).
• Service providers — payment processors, cloud hosting, analytics and customer-support tooling, bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal & safety — where required to comply with law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of Snatch, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or asset sale, subject to this notice or a successor policy.

We do not sell your personal data.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser or device settings; disabling some may limit functionality.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active, plus a period afterward to meet legal, tax, dispute-resolution and safety-record requirements. Booking and payment records are typically retained for at least 5 years as required by Thai accounting law.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention needs.
• Withdraw consent for marketing or optional data uses at any time.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Request a portable copy of your data.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Thailand, the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

Some service providers we use may process data outside Thailand. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, consistent with applicable data protection law.

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email before they take effect. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
