Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Snatch app or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Snatch. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

Snatch is a curated booking platform that connects clients with independent, vetted beauty artists ("Artists"). Artists are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Snatch. Snatch curates who may list on the platform but is not a party to the service agreement between a client and an Artist.

• You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at hello@snatch.app of any unauthorized use.

When you book a service, you enter into a direct agreement with the Artist for that service. Prices, including add-ons and VAT, are shown before you confirm. Payment is processed through our payment providers at the time of booking or service completion, as indicated at checkout.

Each booking displays its cancellation window and any applicable fee before you confirm. Cancellations made within the stated window are refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days; cancellations outside the window may be subject to a fee retained by the Artist.

• Artists must complete our verification process, including portfolio and identity checks, before listing.
• Artists set their own prices and availability, and are solely responsible for the quality and delivery of their services.
• Snatch deducts a platform fee from each completed booking, disclosed in the Artist dashboard.
• Snatch may suspend or remove an Artist for policy violations, sustained poor reviews, or safety concerns.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harass, abuse, or harm another user.
• Circumvent the platform to book or pay an Artist directly to avoid fees.
• Submit false information, fraudulent payments, or fake reviews.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.

Only clients with a completed booking may leave a review. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. Snatch may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law. By posting content, you grant Snatch a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it as part of the Service.

The Snatch name, logo, app and website are the property of Plaimana Co., Ltd. and may not be used without permission. You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the licence above.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Snatch curates Artists but does not guarantee the outcome, quality, or safety of any individual service performed by an Artist. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of Artists, who operate as independent professionals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snatch's total liability arising from your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Snatch in the 3 months preceding the claim. Snatch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold Snatch harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these terms, misuse of the Service, or violation of any law or third-party right.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms, fraudulent activity, or to comply with legal obligations.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
